Inventory in Kalamazoo County has tightened slightly, with active listings down about 5% from last month and about 3% from a year ago to 893 homes. At the same time, months of supply sits at just 1.7, well below Michigan’s 3 months of supply, underscoring a leaner local market than the state overall.
