I’m a real estate professional, team leader, and former Penn State University baseball player who believes success—whether in sports, business, or real estate—comes down to preparation, discipline, and putting the team first. Those lessons have shaped the way I lead, serve my clients, and approach every opportunity in this business.

Today, I Co-Lead The Homer Group, a 10x ICON Agent team with extensive experience helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate the real estate market, with my business partner and father, Art Homer. Over the years, we’ve built our reputation around strong relationships, proven systems, local market expertise, and delivering an exceptional experience from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

As a team leader, I’m also passionate about helping agents grow their businesses through better systems, stronger strategies, and a commitment to doing things the right way. That same standard carries into every client relationship: communicate clearly, stay proactive, solve problems, and always put people first.

Took two days for a counter offer. Then to not even give a counter offer back is kind of rude in this type of field. Kind of seems rude. I thought there would be a counter offer since it's been on the market for a month without any offers. We have children and want to take good care of the house as it seems to have been well taken care of. But he didn't give us a counter offer and was really rude about it.

Gavin and the Homer team at EXP Reality are amazing to work with. Not only did they sell our home in a weekend, but there strategy and negotiation techniques allowed us to sell our home for 75k over asking price and 75k over what the comp’s for our area were. I believe we would not of gotten the amount of offers at the price we got without them the Homer Group.

Not only did they help us sell quickly and for way more than we expected, but they also made the process seamless. They handled everything and made this stress free for us and took on all the heavy lifting. Even after the move they helped us with the tedious task of changing consumers, DTE, wifi, etc.

My wife and I HATE moving, but with the Homer group it was one of the easiest things we have gone through. Couldn’t be more appreciative of them and the team they have

If you are buying, selling, or just looking around, Gavin is your guy!!! We fortunately happened upon Gavin and it was a good thing we did because he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We had a wonderful experience selling our home and buying our new one and I'm very pleased with how everything worked out. Gavin was our advocate and our listening ear as we looked at houses and put in offers. He was easy to work with, great at communication and was even willing to show us homes outside of normal business hours.
