Month-over-month, East Calhoun’s rolling three-month data shows list and sale prices easing a bit, with the median list price down about 5 percent and the typical home value off nearly 8 percent. At the same time, inventory has inched up, as active listings rose more than 15 percent while new listings increased nearly 38 percent, suggesting more options for shoppers after a tighter early spring.
