“What a Great Experience working with Aaron, Kristi, and their team was. I met them while at a MAYC (senior center in Blaine) seminar they were co-hosting regarding the ins and outs of "as is," "investor," or "traditional real estate agent" selling of your home. I was interested in "as is" but had concerns of certain aspects of this. I learned a lot at the seminar so set up a meeting to discuss my long range desire to sell my home. I had recently put my name on a wait list at a senior community and was given an expectation of 1 1/2 to 4 years wait. Long story short, an opening at the senior community I was looking at came up after only 2 months, so I had to decide quickly on what I wanted to do. I decided to go ahead with this and let Aaron and Kristi know that my plans had changed and I would need to get started right away on selling rather than having years to plan.
