Lisa and her team helped my husband and I sell our home. They did everything from helping us figure out the best time to list and what we needed to be ready to show the home. We had some carpet damage from pets and I expected having to replace it all. They were able to fix it. She also recommended a cleaner that helped with the rest of the carpet issues. Finally, she helped with getting rid of an outdated couch and then staging the home. She had all the staging touches including bedding and non-personal decorating items that made the house look great and attractive for potential buyers. I would check with her before starting on the costly repairs like carpet replacement to determine what really needs to get done to have it ready to place on the market. It helps having someone know the market as we’ve been in our home over 14 years. The market changes quickly and it’s best to have someone that does this full time and with an excellent team.

I’m very picky and have high expectations and the Handley’s have always surpassed my expectations. Lisa is 100% dedicated to her customers and will make you feel like you are always her #1 priority (which is impressive because they are very busy folks), she is always available, and is incredibly efficient at managing hurdles. Chris has an impressive a background in construction, so he is a huge asset when looking for a home by pointing out any issues or concerns from a structural/building perspective. It is very reassuring to have his input when looking for a home. They have quickly gone from our realtors to folks we consider dear friends. We have and will continue to refer them to our friends and family, without hesitation. They’re the best!
