Lauren was absolutely wonderful to work with. As a first-time home seller, we were nervous about how the selling/listing process would align with buying/building our new home. Lauren made it so seamless and never missed a beat to answer our calls or texts. She was so professional, educated, and prepared from the start. She made it so easy to prep and list our home while helping us find our dream home. We contemplated on the building process, buying land, and previously owned homes. She helped us figure out the right direction for our family very efficiently, and kept all doors open for us depending the on the direction that we wanted to search in. When it came to negotiating both the sale and the purchase - she got us the absolute best possible price on the new home ($75k under asking price, with seller concessions on closing costs and inspection items), and she managed to drive our home sale into multiple offers within 3 days on the market..

Lauren is a very experienced, organized, and knowledgeable realtor. She was able to sell our home within 4 days of being on the market at significantly above our asking price. She has phenomenal communication skills, always keeping us informed throughout the process. She went above and beyond our expectations and we highly recommend her.
