I’ve known Alex Mayer for over 12 years – before he became recognized as one of the best real estate agents in Rochester MN. Even in Alex’s last career he was a top producer and taught me a lot about that industry, which is where I am today. Six years ago when I decided to buy my first home he was the one I reached out to. This time around it was to sell that home and relocate out of state. Alex is super knowledgeable about the market. He showed where the market was currently and where it was trending. In the fall of 2026 there are a lot of sellers – on my street we had five for sale signs. I was relocating for work to another state so we had to move.

It was a tough experience, but I know that if we didn’t have Alex Mayer as our real estate agent it would have been way worse. Even as everything was happening I remember saying “Could you imagine if Alex Mayer wasn’t our agent?” His communication is excellent. He took every opportunity to protect us and ease our minds during this time.
