Market balance has shifted as months of supply has more than tripled from last year to about four months, even though the county is still labeled a seller’s market compared with Minnesota’s tighter 2.6 months of supply. Homes that do sell are taking much longer, with median days on market jumping to 216, yet about a quarter of recent sales still closed above list price, and the average sale-to-list ratio is holding near 94 percent.
