This process taught me the hard way just how carefully you have to vet agents. As a property investor trying to stage and sell two properties simultaneously in an extremely competitive market, I was under tight financial timelines. Unfortunately, the first few agents I encountered in the area made an already high-pressure situation significantly worse. Would highly recommend Dan. We sought him out to help us sell our home in Vermillion which is a little south of his normal territory but he was willing and glad he took us on. He was quick to respond to our questions and/or needs. After getting to know us, our motivations, and time lines he helped us develop a very solid plan for the marketing and the eventual sale of our home.
