May’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $155,000—down 6.06% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $285,100 in Missouri for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $292,150 in June.
Randolph County had 33 new listings and 23 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 56—down 6.67% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.
Of those 56 active listings, 46.43% reduced their price in the month of May. The median listing price for homes in Randolph County fell 3.58% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $189,900. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell sharply year-over-year. In May 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 20 days, compared to 28 days in May 2024. In recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be steady. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this June.
