There was another property I was looking at near her listing. She took the time to show me that property and we made open/honest comparisons based on my needs - not what she had to sell. I appreciate that her main goal was my needs not just selling me her listing! My situation changed in the middle of the search and I had to pause - Brenda was professional and kept great communication with me during my pause.
