Scott is a stellar Real Estate Agent. His is diligent, responds immediately, thoroughly and in our case one of the most crucial qualities - he was artful and had finesse when negotiating. We had a very complicated investment property we were in the middle of purchasing, and the deal had to be renegotiated around 9 times due to continuous new finding during inspections. The person we were purchasing from also had some unique requests in order to go through with the deal. There was a point in time when we thought the seller would stone wall us and back out of the deal - but, thanks to Scott Lewin and he’s persistence and professionalism the deal stayed together and he artfully navigated us through to closing. We are thrilled with our deal, so happy with our new investment property and grateful Scott was (and will continue to be) our Realtor. We cannot recommend him enough!
