January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $535,000—down 4.89% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $495,000 in Henderson for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $501,000 in February.
Paradise Hills had 46 new listings and 43 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 42—up 2.44% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.
The median listing price for homes in Paradise Hills grew 5.75% from December to January, bringing the current median listing price to $597,500. Based on projected data for February, listing prices may continue to grow.
