Honestly this should be two reviews - I have used Windy's expertise to both buy a home, then sell a home - all in the space of a few months. Note that Windy was referred to me by my accountant- and that woman only refers certified gems, so we immediately trusted her. While the market was still red hot, I told Windy exactly what I wanted, what I would pay, and the about a 2 square mile zone to look in. Four days later we had the perfect home with an accepted offer (Peccole Ranch). Once the home closed she even had a list of specialists to right small things like replacing the carpet, etc. Then we enlisted her to sell the home we had (Vistas in Summerlin). She had to work with an extremely difficult HOA that exists purely to torture homeowners as well as help us market the home for sale. The house was staged and on the market for three days before it was snapped up over asking, no contingencies. And this was in an HOA which doesn't allow open houses! Regardless, she is my go girl!

Windy and her team are nothing short of exceptional and because of this, we were able to sell our home effortlessly.
