Working with Alex and his team was an amazing experience. Alex is a very caring and really goes above and beyond to make sure all clients' needs are met. our search was becoming a bit tedious because of low inventory and of course our limiting budget. However, Alex managed to find the best options to look at and was very patient. at the end he got the house for us that was in a bidding war but his expertise won that house for us which was fantastic. He was also amazingly helpful for finding and securing contractors with good quotes that need to do some work on the house from roofer to painter and handyman. Emily, his assistant was also amazing and very helpful coordinating a lot of behind the scene activities and made this whole experience quite smooth and hassle free for us. if we ever come back to the market to buy or sell, Alex and his team will be our "go to" people without a doubt. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for an honest realtor who really cares and listens.
