Inventory in Clark County is relatively abundant, with nearly 14,800 active listings in June and a neutral market gauge. New listings dipped slightly from May, even as active inventory edged higher month over month. Homes under contract also increased, with pending sales up both from last month and compared with a year ago, signaling steady buyer interest.
Homes are moving at a measured pace, spending a median of 56 days on the market, which is longer than in May but roughly in line with much of the past year.
