“Nael is really great, very professional and friendly...it was a pleasure to use his services. He is one in his field. My only problem is the fees he charges from buyers. I think that reduces his competitiveness. Without that he would be the undisputed number 1 in his field.”

“Kerry is an amazing person who genuinely cared about my husband and myself as we took a large step into our future. She worked with our busy schedules and gave amazing advice to set us in the right direction for what we were looking for. We would not be in the house we are in today without the effort care she took with our future. Upper Manhattan rewards daily life with big-sky river views, storied architecture, and an arts scene that keeps evenings interesting. Cultural anchors are close at hand: the medieval-inspired The Met Cloisters crowns leafy Fort Tryon Park, the 18th‑century Dyckman Farmhouse Museum recalls the area’s rural past, and the legendary Apollo Theater in Harlem continues to shape American music.
