The current housing climate is a nightmare to say the least. My wife and I recently made an addition to our family and wanted more space. A couple years ago, Efrain helped us move into our first apartment together in Central Riverdale.
Once we made the decision to move to a bigger space in North Riverdale, we already knew who to trust. Efrain's tactics, understanding of the market, and sense of urgency allowed us to not only purchase a two family home, but he also helped us find numerous buyers for our Jr. 4 co-op in less than two weeks!
Efrain made sure that we were comfortable with showings, answered all questions even when he was on vacation and provided coaching conversations when we were a bit nervous.

With my busy schedule in tech, having a trusted advisor has been instrumental to my family’s success in acquiring our first home in Westchester County, all within the timeframe needed as we had our rental lease expiring.Efrain worked around my specific tastes in aesthetic characteristics I look for in a home, especially since most of my time would be spent working inside the house. Where shall I begin…? I’ll start by saying the obvious. Impeccable work ethics, charismatic (Mr. Reyes will charm the socks off of a seller/buyer at any given day, this is a plus and a Must!) Having the dedication and again work ethic that Efrain displays will forever be one of the most important things in this business. I come from a customer service industry and I can honestly say Efrain is A1 with how he treats his clients, he goes above and beyond the call of duty and genuinely cares for the well being of not only the transaction but for the people behind them. Hands down the best experience during this home buying process. I will tell you this, not everything is black and white, there are always shades of greys ,Efrain puts a lot of colors in it all. “Representation matters” ! To sum it all up in a few words : Allstar player with a creative mind for this business. Definite will recommend for any one selling or buying !

He knows the market well, which is incredibly important for New York City and Westchester County! He guides you through every step of the way, and is patient and understanding to any and all fears you may have about buying and selling. The housing market can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming, but working with Efrain definitely puts you at ease. I would recommend him a thousand times over and have done so numerous times with friends and colleagues!
