The current housing climate is a nightmare to say the least. My wife and I recently made an addition to our family and wanted more space. A couple years ago, Efrain helped us move into our first apartment together in Central Riverdale. Once we made the decision to move to a bigger space in North Riverdale, we already knew who to trust. Efrain's tactics, understanding of the market, and sense of urgency allowed us to not only purchase a two family home, but he also helped us find numerous buyers for our Jr. 4 co-op in less than two weeks! Efrain made sure that we were comfortable with showings, answered all questions even when he was on vacation and provided coaching conversations when we were a bit nervous. I consider him more than an agent. At this point he is family. While we don't hope to have to be in the housing market anytime soon, we know exactly who to call.
