South Utica home values have climbed noticeably on a year-over-year basis. The typical home value in this rolling three-month view is up about 16 percent from last year, outpacing the roughly 10 percent gain seen across Utica as a whole. Listing prices are also higher than a year ago, though they have eased slightly compared with the prior three-month period.
