We followed Ashley across agencies from buying our first house in 2021 to selling it in 2024 due to personal situations. She was a godsend in helping us set a reasonable price based on the current market comps. She walked us through every step of the way, to include questions we might want to ask our lawyer, and even had the hard conversations about how we needed to adjust our strategy based on the current market rates. Even when we moved out of state, she made sure to coordinate with contractors on our behalf to ensure that findings identified in the home inspection got remediated in a timely manner and at a fair price.
