Mike helped us find our home and we couldn't be happier! He is very passionate about his job and clients. Michael is very pleasant to talk to and knows exactly what he is doing! It was nice to be able to talk to him or his wife about anything during the whole process! Mike was very knowledgeable about all the houses we went to look at, and there were alot! He was able to work around both our schedules and fit us in when we wanted to view a home! Mike answered all questions we had or would find the answer for us! If we ever need another realtor we will be calling him!! I will suggest Michael Phillips to anyone needing a realtor, he is great!!

Michael has been, hands down, the best real estate agent we have ever had dealings with. He was patient with us during a very difficult market, and was a great fit for us, even when we were being particular about what we wanted-(and not willing to settle). His knowledge of homes and the geographic region were very helpful. If we ever require the services of a real estate agent again, we will choose Michael Phillips and I would recommend the same to anyone looking for an agent who really cares about people, not just a sale.

Mike is the best real estate agent you can find. He was patient through all my questions, and multiple offers on properties. Buying property in New York is a very unique experience, and he walked me through all the steps. He had great resources for inspections, lawyers, and property managers. Mike returned my texts/emails within a few minutes; even on weekends and evenings. He has a great team, and is very diligent in his work. He is stellar, and someone I will always trust.
