For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $280,500 in Winston-Salem for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $287,250 in May.

Mount Tabor had 3 new listings and 6 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 2—up 100.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.

The median listing price for homes in Mount Tabor fell 1.56% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $280,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
