As a first-time homebuyer, I was very nervous about the process, wasn’t sure who I could trust, and naively believed that if I had educated myself thoroughly, I could handle the entire purchase process myself. One day, my girlfriend and I were driving around Winston-Salem, saw a house we were interested in, and called the listing agent on the sign. Christine returned our call within 15 minutes and I’m glad see did!
Christine was very educated about the process and everything she told me prior to signing commitments is exactly what I saw in the agreements. She was also a great listener who didn’t show us a single house that did not meet our specifications and did not pressure me into making any decisions I was uncomfortable with. For example, the first home I entered diligence in had some concerning waterproofing work and masking going on in the garage. Christine did not pressure me into buying the house just to complete the transaction. In fact, I ultimately walked away from this first house and found a comparable house for $50k less, with no signs of damage. We love our new house and I estimate I probably saved about $75-100k in the long-run.
I can’t say enough about Christine’s professionalism and knowledge within the industry and of Winston-Salem itself; she got me very interested in the neighborhood I was moving into! Christine has many contacts for things such as inspections and landscaping, all of which were knowledgeable, reliable, and charged a fair price. She provided the right level of service, politely persistent but not overbearing, she kept the process moving smoothly. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Triad!

To start, we could go on for hours about all of the amazing things that Christine did for us to get us into our dream home today. But for now we’ll leave it short and sweet and say, she’s phenomenal. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, she is like your personal cheerleader and your bodyguard rolled into one sweet, adorable little package.

We had so many road blocks along the way moving from Colorado to North Carolina, many of which would have completely stopped us from moving here if it weren’t for Christine. She literally was our saving grace.

Needless to say, now that we’re in our dream home we know that our time with Christine is just beginning because we’ve already been through so much together because she becomes such a wonderful friend during your home buying process that it isn’t just a business transaction. You truly feel cared for, and we did and still do. We’re happy we had Christine. And happy we will continue to have her as a friend now that we’re in our dream home!

TWO YEARS LATER: Once again, the military has transferred my family and I across the country. We reached out to Christine for help again and of course, it was worth it. We were able to sell our home after only a few days on the market and at no stress to us. Christine and her team did all the work. From preparing the home for showings, an open house and all of the above. I am beyond grateful for having Christine on our team for both the purchasing and selling of our home. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, she will be our 1st call!
