We first contacted Kristin in November of last year when we were looking at a townhome. We found out we weren’t quite ready to buy and kept in contact with her. She helped us find different banking institutions to work with and answered all of our questions. We found a house that we had been looking at since we started looking for homes that was in our price point and was still available. Kristin walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. She stayed on the seller and buyer to have things fixed and worked on until we were satisfied and also helped me with my anxiety during this process. As a bonus she also provided us with a one year home warranty and still answers our questions even though we have already closed. We couldn’t thank her enough and we definitely wouldn’t be homeowners without her. We are very thankful we had her help during this process.
