North East Winston had 7 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 5—down 16.67% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.
The median listing price for homes in North East Winston fell 39.85% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $120,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
