New listings also slipped about 19 percent year over year, even as months of supply climbed to 2.7, matching the statewide level for Ohio. Despite slower sales counts, sellers retain some leverage, with about 44 percent of homes closing above list price and an average sale-to-list ratio just above 100 percent.
