Of those 82 active listings, 34.15% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Zanesville fell 9.21% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $172,500. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.

In June 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 42 days, compared to 50 days in June 2024.
