Bryan County had 64 new listings and 51 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 245—down 1.61% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.
Of those 245 active listings, 28.98% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Bryan County fell 2.31% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $249,000. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.
