Year-over-year, Hillsdale’s rolling three-month typical home value has climbed sharply, up nearly 17 percent to about $759,000, even as broader Portland has seen prices edge slightly lower. At the same time, months of supply in Hillsdale has almost doubled from a year ago, rising to about four months and signaling more breathing room than buyers had last year.
