Median sale prices in the neighborhood are still well above the city at about $681,000 versus roughly $535,000 for Portland overall, underscoring its relatively higher price point.

In the latest rolling three-month view through June 2026, activity has picked up with homes sold rising compared to last year and pending sales up more than 10 percent.
