Year over year, Southwest Portland’s rolling three-month typical home value has dipped slightly, even as it stays above the broader Portland average. Median sale prices in the neighborhood are still well above the city at about $681,000 versus roughly $535,000 for Portland overall, underscoring its relatively higher price point.
