Jason boasts seven years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with an extensive background working in various building and construction trades. Nettajane joined our team in 2023 coming from an education and administrative background. Together we share a passion for home renovations, good design, and seeking out great deals. In our free time we enjoy traveling with our three kids, working on our gardens, revitalizing neglected houses, immersing ourselves in the great outdoors, and perpetually diving into a dozen captivating books simultaneously.

Nettajane and Jason are the best real estate agents. We never even dreamed they existed. Highly professional in every sense of the word. They were actively involved in every aspect of the process. They helped with each decision we had to make from choosing the house color of paint inside and out, mounting curtain rods, actively painting the fireplace, and helping us nail down the best contractors for the work we needed to get done all in order to get the most money for our home and make the process as smooth as possible. Jason made himself available for multiple days to help make sure everything was completed, including painting the house. They were supportive throughout this emotional process of letting go of our house and met our high standard of what we considered well done. I would highly recommend them for any family member without any reservation.

Jason and Nettajane Jason and Nettajane were amazing realtors! They took initiative to help us find just the right place based on what they knew we were looking for. Jason Wasinger in the perfect realtor to help you buy and sell a home. He worked tirelessly to sell our home in St. Helens, OR and worked twice as hard to get us in the home we live in today.
