The average sale-to-list ratio has slipped to about 87 percent, down more than 11 percent year over year, and no recent sales closed above the asking price, a contrast to some prior years in Prospect. New listings are also down more than 60 percent from a year ago, which helps explain why the area still registers as a seller’s market despite slower sales.
