Dunmore had 11 new listings and 7 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 20—up 17.65% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.

Of those 20 active listings, 25.0% reduced their price in the month of January. The median listing price for homes in Dunmore grew 2.77% from December to January, bringing the current median listing price to $229,900. Based on projected data for February, listing prices may continue to grow.
