Homes are moving through the market more quickly than they were earlier this spring, with median days on market dropping sharply to 28 days, but months of supply remains very high at 21.9 compared with about 2.9 months statewide in Pennsylvania. No homes sold above asking in May and the average sale-to-list ratio sat around 93 percent, pointing to buyers negotiating meaningful discounts.
