One of the agents referred was from an area farther out from our property. He was familiar with property value based on the size of the home in that location. The agent we chose was very familiar with our home because he had originally sold several of the homes in our subdivision. He was professional and honest with us. He also helped to arrange snow removal, junk removal, and grass cutting for us since we moved to another state.

Ron helped us sell our townhouse, which was a fairly unique situation, with offers after the first showings. We would highly recommend Ron for any real estate sale. He made a very accurate valuation of our home and was able to help guide us through a multiple offer bidding war to maximize the return for our home.

If you want an agent who thinks of you as a person rather than a paycheck, hire Ron Huber. It is obvious that he lives by the golden rule and that he knows his business better than most. He told us exactly what we needed to do to our house for it to sell. He told us the amount it would likely sell for and he invested in strategic advertising for our unique home. We hired Ron right before quarantine began and he helped us navigate uncertain days even as he was experiencing his own learning curve! Even more impressive, as we neared closing, Ron did work that was technically the responsibility of the buyers' side such as arranging for a mandatory well water sample they needed. He went above and beyond for us in every way and always with a calm demeanor and a tremendous sense of humor. My husband and I have worked with 8-10 real estate agents in our four moves over the past 15 years and Ron is the best by far. No contest. Hire him for his expertise if you need an agent.

This review has been in the making for quite some time. I found Ron about 2 years ago when we were desperate to really turn up the dial on our home search. Quick backstory to this that I don't think Ron even truly understands how important this was in our role in working with him I had had contacted so many agents that day without a single phone call back. I was only looking at local names friends had used. It got to the point I was so frustrated that I typed in "BEST REALTOR BUTLER COUNTY, PA" into google and figured, something has to come up for that right? When Ron Huber's name popped up and I read some reviews and saw his work history, I figured, well, this surely looks like the guy we need to help us find our forever home. When Ron returned our phone call, I literally thought, "OK, this is a good sign, we're making progress." What I didn't know that day was that we were getting so much more than a realtor. Ron has been such a vital part of our home search that it is unreal.

Ron did an amazing job selling my house. I had lived there over 60 years, and didn’t know where to start. He gave me excellent advice on improvements to make to the house, and I ended up getting many showings, multiple offers, and a much higher price than originally expected. Ron is friendly, honest, and highly knowledgeable. He also had professional photos done of my home that were beautiful. I highly recommend him.
