My wife and I really needed a good buyer's agent when looking for a home since we were first time buyers who weren't really sure exactly what we wanted or which neighborhood we wanted to be in. So Sam really worked for us, as in he set up days worth of showings in the peak summer months, he patiently explained what each house had to offer and what challenges it might bring. He guided us through the settlement process, so much of which was totally foreign to us. He was a very strong negotiator and really advocated for our interests. I know that without Sam we would not have made the decision we made, and now that we've been living in the house Sam helped us buy for four months we know we made the right decision. The house is perfect for us and Sam was really instrumental in guiding us to it. I'd recommend him without any hesitation.
