Home values in Manchester have climbed sharply in this rolling three-month view, with the typical home value around $394,000 and up well over 100% compared with a year ago, while the broader Pittsburgh market has been essentially flat year over year. At the same time, the median list price is down notably from last year, suggesting sellers are pricing more cautiously despite those higher sale prices.
