Upper Hill’s rolling three-month snapshot shows a small but growing pool of listings, with active inventory up more than 40% year over year to 21 homes. At the same time, contract activity has cooled, as homes sold and pending sales are both down more than a third from a year ago, contributing to a high 13.8 months of supply compared with 6.1 months across Pittsburgh.
