December’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $336,650—up 9.66% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $290,000 in York County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $285,000 in January.
Shiloh had 10 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in December, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 12—down 20.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in January.
Of those 12 active listings, 41.67% reduced their price in the month of December. The median listing price for homes in Shiloh grew 27.22% from November to December, bringing the current median listing price to $337,000. Based on projected data for January, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year. In December 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 9 days, compared to 0 days in December 2024.
