For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $289,900 in Spartanburg County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $291,400 in May.
Boiling Springs had 20 new listings and 32 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 53—down 26.39% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.
Of those 53 active listings, 43.4% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Boiling Springs grew 24.07% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $322,450. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
