Dave deserve 10 stars! If you want an honest upfront realtor he is your guy. He could walk into a house and just know if the house was right for us or not. He was never once pushy. He didn’t hide anything. He would point out positives and negatives about every house we saw. He responded back to my messages right away and when I would send him a house, we were in all of them that day and some within the hour.
