Allandale’s rolling three-month figures through May 2026 show prices edging higher compared with a year ago, with the typical home value up around 7% while Austin as a whole has seen prices slip slightly. At the same time, pending sales have jumped more than 30% year over year and homes sold are up over 25%, pointing to stronger buyer activity than last spring.

In this latest period, the typical home value sits just under $940,000, well above the broader Austin median of about $542,000, underscoring Allandale’s premium positioning.
