Inventory in DISH has expanded sharply in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than triple compared with a year ago. The typical home value over the latest three months is up nearly 30 percent from a year earlier, and the median list price is also higher by about 11 percent year over year. Homes that do sell are moving quickly, with the median time on market down to just four days, a dramatic shift from much longer selling times seen last year. Only about one in five sales close above the asking price, and the average sale-to-list ratio sits just over 100 percent, suggesting buyers are paying close to list rather than bidding far above it.
