We recently decided to put our house on the market. We discussed who we wanted to work with and that person was Brian St. Clair. Let me tell you that we were blown away by him. From the very beginning, Brian showed he was very knowledgeable of the housing market, and had our best interest in mind. He gave great recommendations of what we needed to upgrade on the house and what would give us the best chance of selling. He was right, the house was on the market for two days and we accepted an offer. Brian was there with us through the entire process, gave great advice, and even when things didn't go great with the online mortgage company, was there to reassure us that things were gonna get done! We cannot recommend Brian enough to someone that might be buying or selling! He will go above and beyond to get you taken care of, because that is just the type of person he is!!

Brian is an amazing realtor with extensive knowledge in not only selling/buying a home but with real estate law as well. He really impressed me how he was able to “dumb down” all the legal terms for us to understand. We sold our home and bought our new home all within a month. He knows how to price your home right so it gets a lot of showings and still get what you deserve on it. He is also very responsive to phone calls, text, and emails.
