Year over year, Carter Riverside’s rolling three-month numbers show softer prices but growing activity. The typical home value has dropped more than a quarter from last year, and median list prices are also down significantly. At the same time, homes sold and new listings are both up sharply compared with a year ago, pointing to more movement in the neighborhood.
