We started working with Mateo around March/April 2026, and he has been with us through every step of what turned into a much longer journey than we ever expected. From helping us figure out what repairs and improvements we needed to make to our old house, to getting it ready for showings, navigating offers and negotiations, selling our home, and now helping us purchase our new home, Mateo has truly been there from beginning to end.

Throughout the entire process, Mateo was extremely knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and honest. His experience and understanding of the real estate process really showed, especially when it came to knowing what we needed to focus on when preparing our home for sale, navigating negotiations, and helping us understand the different decisions we had to make when purchasing our new home. He always took the time to explain things clearly and made sure we understood our options without ever making us feel pressured.

There were definitely plenty of ups and downs along the way, but we always felt like we had someone knowledgeable and trustworthy in our corner. We never felt like we were just another transaction. Mateo genuinely wanted to help us make the right decisions for our family.

Now that we are finally closing this chapter and starting a new one in our new home soon by the end of October, I can confidently say that the long process was worth it.
