Home prices in the Crestline Area have softened on a rolling three-month basis, with the typical home value down about 7 percent year over year to roughly the mid-$600,000s. List prices are showing similar downward pressure, sliding nearly 7 percent from last year even as Crestline homes remain far above the broader Fort Worth median price.
