For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $340,500 in Fort Worth for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $340,740 in May.

Crestline Area had 7 new listings and 7 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 4—down 33.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

The median listing price for homes in Crestline Area fell 21.43% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $825,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
