I worked with Lynanna for years. Everyone loved her! She is sweet snd honest. I knew when i was selling my moms house, it would be her i turned too. Her and Greg sold another mutual friends house. Lynanna stages house very pretty. So i met Greg, her husband. They work so well together and i was amazed at the knowledge they had. Greg was always on top of everything. When i was insure about fixing things or offering concessions, he was always there to guide me. Always giving me the pros and cons. I would never use anyone else again but Greg snd Lynanna. They are both just plain awesome!

Came in to the professional relationship due to court order. The Messers came into a disaster of a situation, managing the sale of the house amidst a divorce battle. Greg and his Wife were 100% professional with me and the other party and impartial the entire time. Greg and his wife established reasonable expectations for both of us and communicated well. The only reason that it took so long to sell this house was due to the market and the inflexibility of the other party. I har no doubt Greg and his wife could sell this same property faster if circumstances were under "normal" conditions.

I already plan on using the Messers again when I'm ready to purchase my next house.
