Mya is a highly intelligent real estate agent, and we were very lucky to have her. She was very sensitive to our needs, has tremendous Real Estate knowledge, a go getter for other information needed, very focused and knows how MLS works, provides excellent advice on next steps, and solutions, articulate, and literally makes you feel like you are dealing with a super consultant, and at the same time very personable. She looks young, for someone like me in my 60s, but she is very mature and very responsible. She listens, and listens and takes notes of what you say, unlike others. Mya is not the type of agent that would just want to list the house and sit back waiting for some buyers. Mya was excellent in providing best practic solutions during the process of selling our house, and even after the actual closing. I really had terrible experiences prior to Mya being our agent, and if you've been through that, Mya Patkovic s the answer.
