July’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $135,000—up 8.43% over the previous 12 months. Pampa had 25 new listings and 18 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 99—down 5.71% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
Of those 99 active listings, 23.23% reduced their price in the month of July. The median listing price for homes in Pampa fell 0.0% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $140,000. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to fall.

In July 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 64 days, compared to 96 days in July 2024.
